Code of Ethics
The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
Designations
To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry.
History
We have been serving Greensboro and adjacent areas since 1975. Re/Max of Greensboro was the first Re/Max office established in the Carolinas. We are a 100% Children's Miracle Network office.

We also have three full-time staff personnel to accommodate all your needs. They help coordinate listings, meetings, set schedules, answer your calls, create flyers and postcards to market your property, update and modify your listing information, greet visitors within the office, etc. They are a reliable and efficient asset to you.
